Yes, it is! Our ceramics and paints are tested to meet strict US toy safety standards, including CPSIA, ASTM F963, and US FDA CPG 545.450 & 545.400 for ceramicware intended for food use. Just follow our instructions and avoid painting the rim or inside of the mug. The ceramics are pre-fired, and home-oven baking won’t affect their safety when used as directed. Got more questions? No need to preheat! To avoid cracking, set your oven to 150°C (300°F), immediately place your painted ceramics inside, and let it bake for 30 minutes. Ensure the paint is completely dry beforehand—usually about 30 minutes air-drying. This method protects your ceramic’s design for long-lasting vibrancy after multiple uses and washes.

To keep your pieces looking its best and lasting longer, always hand-wash it—skip the dishwasher to prevent the paint from fading. After washing, make sure to dry it right away to avoid any water marks. Also, remember, your painted pieces aren't microwave-safe and needs a gentle touch due to its fragile nature. 💦

Received teapot in excellent condition and was very happy with the multiple tutorials and brushes provided. I am not overly creative so I used one of the designs provided but changed the colors. After painting, let it air dry and baked as instructed, boom, done!
