All components included in the kit have been tested to ensure compliance with relevant US safety standards. All art materials conform to ASTM D-4236. Additionally, our kits have been reviewed by an independent toxicologist and carry clear warning labels and safety instructions to protect users where applicable; you'll see this labelling on every kit. For safest use, we recommend keeping your creations away from food, drink, excessive water and rain. Avoid swallowing clay or inhaling dust and never sand dry clay. Use a little water while working to minimise dust. Avoid contact with eyes, and rinse immediately with plenty of clean water if exposed. Also wash your hands and wipe surfaces with warm, soapy water after use. While the kit has been designed with adults in mind, we know that getting creative together can be a fun way for families to spend quality time. For added peace of mind, the kit has been toy safety tested and is suitable for children aged 8 years and above when used under adult supervision. If you have any questions about our materials, testing, or the safe use of the kit, we're always happy to help.
Our Super Clay can be stored up to 9 months - to prolong its lovely life, we advise that you store it in a cool place! We're not talking a room with funky lights and a disco ball, but somewhere with lower temperatures. Once you have received your kit, you've got a good 3/4 of a year to use all that lovely clay!
Perfectly proportioned and designed for 1-2 people. Your kit includes enough clay for 6-8 average sized creations, 2-4 large ones, one extremely large one. You get the idea. Plus enough tools and paints to share between two.
