These are the cutest mugs. I cannot wait to decorate them with my nephews and niece an alternate to decorating gingerbread cookies now we can eat the cookies while we dip them in the mugs.

My husband and I took these to do at our cabin honeymoon and we had a blast! He painted a "Nightmare Before Christmas" vibes mug and I did a little more abstract "Practical Magic" mug! Neither of us is great at painting but they turned out cute and will always be a memory for us!

This is a pretty good air-dry clay pottery kit from Pott’d.You get all the paint, brushes and tools you’ll need plus a generous amount of clay. You will need a large flat surface really, to be able to use the kit properly.The online video is really easy to follow and you can be working on your models in a few minutes. You get a good amount of clay, about a third is used if you follow the video.I can’t fault it really, something different. You just need to allow sufficient time for the clay to dry before you start painting it.

This is an absolutely fantastic set, that’s perfect for beginners to learn/practice working with clay.The box is beautifully presented, so makes this ideal for a gift (not one that you post though as it’s very heavy). Includes everything you need. The one thing I will say is that the instructions are online (follow the QR code), which for me did defeat the object of having a ‘technology free’ craft afternoon- would have much preferred a standard instruction book.Instructions aside, this is such a fun activity to do; it really does get you into pottery as a whole.Currently priced at just over £30 does at first seem a lot, but actually once you give it a go you do see that it’s worth the price.Overall a really lovely craft activity. Happy to recommend.

This set is perfect if you want to get into doing craft as a hobby but aren't sure where to start as it includes everything you need and is easy to get stuck into. The quality of the items is great and its a fun set for the price.

This is a fun way to get creative in pottery without the need to fire up a kiln - which is not very accessible to most people anyway! The clay is air dry and in this case is sculpted by you into a cool looking pair of pastries. All you need is enclosed in the box and the instructions are easy to follow as they are online and can be found by scanning the QR code on the box. For me this was a real plus as they are in short bite size segments that cover each stage and, being a visual learner, this was great. The clay is soft and malleable and takes 24 hours to harden so don't worry about it going off. I had a few tries before I got the shapes right but that's part of the fun. Just take your time as it pays off, especially with the painitng, but at the end it's satisfying knowing that you made this and they look good with the tea lights.A fun way to be creative for adults or kids.

This is an awesome clay set to start out, they give you plenty of clay and sculpting tools as well and a primer some colours and clear coat ! Such a fun little kit to treat yourself or gift or do with the kids. Honest review 10/10 !

I was surprised at how much clay is included, 3 bags to be precise. I really like that the clay comes in sealable bags so it won’t dry out once opened. The clay is soft and easy to shape, and once you have finished your creation you leave the clay to air dry. The kit includes undercoat, paint, varnish and tools for sculpting. Even the paintbrushes are included. This is a lovely comprehensive kit, we enjoyed making our tea lights! We also have lots of clay left over!

Easy way to relax after a busy day. Fun date night activity and enough left over for other date nights!

A larger than expected set, comprising everything you need to create your own masterpiece - or 3, as there are 3 large canvases included. I am just a beginner, so I wanted this as a taster to combine art with a relaxing activity to improve mindfulness and mental health. It's very handy having all the equipment in one box as I didn't have to think of different individual things to get.The selection of acrylic paints I chose was a Spring Palette, which includes lovely pastel colours. This is somewhat limiting as in the process of painting, I would have liked to use other colours too. The addition of gold leaf is really fun and adds a contemporary texture to the paintings.There is a guide included, which I found helpful. As a tip, I would suggest practicing your design on paper first before moving on to canvas. Although the guide is aimed at abstract art, there is of course nothing to stop you from painting in whatever artistic style you choose.I think this is a fab idea. Would make a nice activity for a birthday party, date night or a hen party as it would be a fun way to spend time with friends and family creating art. It would also be a very thoughtful gift for the right recipient.
